Tourmaline

A three-storey house in prime position on a waterfront promenade, Tourmaline is unassuming from the outside and ultra-stylish within. A little palm courtyard leads to the middle floor entry level and to a sail-shaded side terrace, furnished for sundowners and facing the sea. Four of the villa’s five bedrooms occupy this floor, including a bunk-bedded room for children and the beautiful master suite, with its own bathroom and a balcony overlooking the inlet. The fifth bedroom, a twin, shares the ground floor with a sauna and gym, and the villa’s social area crowns the house in an airy and spacious open-plan arrangement of well-equipped kitchen, dining and sitting areas.   Sliding doors lead out from here to a little sea view balcony on one side and a south-facing terrace on the other, filled with a private pool, children’s pool and Jacuzzi, and overlooked by a shaded poolside dining area and outdoor kitchen. The high-spec house has WiFi, smart TV, a Sonos sound system, and air conditioning throughout, with in-villa beauty treatments and cook service among its optional extras. Nestled in the heart of the action, Tourmaline is just 300m from a wonderful selection of shops, restaurants and bars in charming Milna; just 700m away there is a rocky beach too, so a car is definitely not essential at this villa. Meanwhile, the extremely attentive house manager is happy to help arrange speed boat taxi transfers, which takes about 35 minutes from Split straight to the villa, where she will be ready to welcome new arrivals.
