Superbly situated on the hillside, Pythaia is just 300m from St Stephano harbour, the heart of the village with waterside restaurants, bars and shops and 400m from the beach. St Stephano epitomises laid-back Corfu living and Pythaia’s lovely terraces offer views to the bustling waterfront at the centre of village life. Despite its proximity to the village, Pythaia has plenty of space outside with the highlight being the beautiful pool on the sunny lower terrace and adjacent pool house with built in seating area and separate TV room with PlayStation, an ideal hideout for older children. Up some steps, the terrace around the main house has an outdoor built in breakfast table to seat 6 with sea views over St Stephano and behind this a summer kitchen, built in barbecue and second dining area to the back of the house. On the ground floor of the villa is an open plan sitting room and modern kitchen with doors opening to the side terrace with breakfast table and to the front, a large balcony with sea views. Also on the ground floor is a twin room (can be double) with en suite shower facing the sea and a twin room with adjacent shower facing the terrace. On the first floor is the master double bedroom with en suite shower room opening to a private balcony with fabulous sea views. A second terrace opens from the first floor which is available for all guests to enjoy the stunning views. Pythaia is a modern property that is stylishly furnished throughout in a contemporary style.
