Each luxury villa, sleeping from 2 to 12, offers ultimate privacy and splendid views of the endless blue Ionian Sea. Beautifully designed and furnished to the highest standard with selected pieces of Armani Casa, Greek art lining the walls.

They all include a private heated swimming pool (approx 6 x 4.5m or larger), garden with sun loungers, outdoor dining area, marble lined bathrooms with Jacuzzi and hydro jet shower, Bang & Olufsen Entertainment System, satellite television,complimentary Wi-Fi, CD and DVD player, satellite television, iPod dock, mini bar, safe, bathrobes and luxury toiletries.

Details as stated in the Deluxe Spa Villa but with the addition of the Villa having large full size glass doors leading out to a private deck which has a temperature controlled private swimming pool, a beautiful garden with sun beds, dining area and teak garden furniture.

Two Bedroom Villas

PRESIDENTIAL SPA VILLA
located on the beachfront, featuring entrance hall, two master bedrooms with king size beds, two en-suite marble lined bathrooms featuring a Jacuzzi bath tub and separate shower cabin with hydro-jet devices, third bathroom, walk-in dressing rooms, living and dining area, small kitchen, a personal working space and computer, panoramic glass doors which lead out to a private deck containing a temperature controlled private swimming pool, landscaped garden with sun beds, teak garden furniture and dining area.

GRAND RESIDENCE
The Grand Residence is located on the beachfront and benefits from a private area on the beach with personal sun beds and umbrella offering ultimate privacy and seclusion for large families or groups of friends. The villa has 4 master bedrooms, four e-suite bathrooms, walk-in dressing rooms, 2 living and dining area, plus additional living area on the first floor, desk with computer and small kitchen.

From both the bedrooms (level 1) and living room areas, panoramic glass doors lead out to a private deck which has a temperature controlled private swimming pool and a beautifully landscaped garden with sun beds, teak garden furniture and dining area. The upper level bedrooms and living room areas offer stunning panoramic views of the bay and also a private outdoor terrace.
