Pelican house is the perfect residence for any large group or multi-generational family looking to discover Antigua.

The property consist of two neighboring three bedroom villas, east and west, both properties are identical in design and layout. On the ground floor, guests can enjoy the open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen and dining area are situated together, whilst the living space is just a few steps down, creating more of a relaxed ambience. With soft furnishings and french doors providing direct access to the outdoor area, these floors are perfect for socialising. One double bedroom and bathroom is also situated on the ground floor with its own private terrace opening to the pool area.

On the first floor of east and west, there are an additional two double bedrooms with their own individual en suites and terraces with panoramic sea views. These rooms are modern, spacious and full of light, providing a calm and serene atmosphere.

Outside, guests can make use of the private pool whilst being surrounded by manicured gardens and swaying palm trees. If they fancy something different, they can head over to the handful of fresh water pools within the resort.

This villa is situated in the Blue Waters Resort and Spa, a family-owned resort that continues to provide excellence to guests every day. Situated on its very own private bay in northwest Antigua, this modern and prestigious resort provides first class service and has over seventeen acres of tropical gardens to explore, warm seas to discover and premium amenities to indulge in.
