Miramare Resort and Spa has a peaceful location between two beaches and just above the sea front with the cosmopolitan town of Aghios Nikolaos within easy walking distance.

The hotel is built in the traditional low level Cretan style and offers a wide variety of comfortable rooms with sea or side sea view plus a great range of facilities and amenities including two restaurants and two bars.

Miramare Resort & Spa

There is a sandy beach 250 m away from the hotel and a pebbly beach 50 m away. A range of watersports are on offer as well as diving snorkelling, fishing and sailing trips.

If you prefer to relax by the pool, the hotel has three outdoor freshwater pools, a children’s pool and an indoor swimming pool. Sunbeds, umbrellas, beach and pool towels are supplied for your convenience.

Relaxation can also be enjoyed at the spa which offers a luxurious range of treatments including massages, face and body treatments and cosmetic services. The sauna and hammam are also excellent places to unwind.

To keep up your exercise regime, there are tennis courts and a fitness room with a well equipped gym with treadmills and rowing machines. For more sedate activities, head for the games room where you’ll find board games, table tennis and billiards/pool.

Seasonal activities are available from July until September including competitions, games and fun group activities with live music and entertainment regularly on show in the hotel’s open air theatre. Children have access to the Mini Club (unsupervised) which has a great range of toys plus there’s a playground for younger guests.

Bellavista: The main restaurant is the hotel’s main restaurant where you can enjoy buffet choices of traditional and international cuisine for lunch, breakfast and dinner. You can choose indoor or outdoor seating and take in the magnificent sea and mountain views while you dine.

Aegeon: Spectacular views can be enjoyed at this fine à la carte restaurant which is situated right next to the pool. Aegeon serves a wide range of local and international flavours for lunch plus special themed evenings are regularly held such as Cretan nights and BBQ and seafood nights.
