There is a five minute walk to Protaras entertainment and shopping area and its just 200m from the centre of Pernera where there are more shops, restaurants and bars.

Guests have the choice of either a three or four bedroom luxury villa. Each stunning villa comes furnished and equipped with all the latest technologies including satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Other facilities include a safety deposit box, hairdryer tea and coffee making facilities, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning/heating, music and DVD player, fridge, toaster and microwave oven.
Villas are cleaned five times a week. On site there is a money exchange, car hire, bicycle rental, a supermarket, laundry service (small charge), taxi service, and doctor on call.
This is a self catering villa complex however a good selection of excellent local restaurants can be found close by in Protaras and Pernera.

Each villa can accommodate from two to six guests and has its own private pool. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room, sitting room and toilet. The master bedroom with its own bathroom is on the first floor along with two twin rooms.
The fresh water swimming pool is 1.4 m deep and covers an area of 18 sq.m.
Four Bedroom Villa
Each spacious villa can accommodate from two to eight guests, On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room, sitting room and one twin room with en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom with its own bathroom is on the first floor along with two twin rooms and one bathroom with Jacuzzi.
The fresh water swimming pool is 1.4 m deep and covers an area of 32 sq.m.
