Inside, the villa features double height living spaces, and the interiors exude cool and breezy comfort throughout. The living area presents a wide and open space, and with heritage architecture built brand new in 2017 by a British Sri Lankan interior designer, Kingfisher seamlessly blends modern conveniences with historic charm. Walking through the villa, you'll find four beautiful double bedrooms, designed to best allow guests a truly restful stay, as each features four-poster beds and en suite with well-appointed shower rooms. The villa offers ceiling fans or air conditioning and and impeccable meals prepared by the in-house chef, elevating the dining experience to luxurious heights with a poolside dinner table or cooking class.

Outside, the veranda makes for the perfect spot to enjoy an evening drink, watching the endemic birds and trees sway in the breeze with every sip, and an outdoor barbecue complements the al fresco dining table, an idyllic spot for atmospheric evening dinners. Guests can also enjoy fine dining at the Relais & Chateaux Cape Weligama resort set on a panoramic ridge above the property. Weligama is within easy reach, home to a range of excellent bars and restaurants, and one of Sri Lanka's top surfing hotspots. Eleven kilometres away, Ahangama also offers an excellent selection of upcoming places for drinks or dinner. Guests may wish to enjoy a day trip to Udawalawe National Park or Yala National Park, well known for its leopards. Turtle Beach is less than a hundred metres from the villa, and Kabalana beach is another great coastal option, just over ten kilometres away. Guests also enjoy a day out sailing or whale watching from Mirissa.
