This 15th century private palazzo enjoys a privileged location on the Grand Canal, right by the Ca’D’Oro and just 5 minutes walk from Rialto bridge and 10 minutes from the infamous St. Mark’s square. Declared a National Monument, Ca’Sagredo is a special place indeed – half hotel and half museum, furnished with antiques and showcasing spectacular frescoes, paintings and artefacts.

Ca’Sagredo has a beautiful central staircase which leads ups to to Pietro Longhi’s painting, “The Fall of the Giants”. Other important 17th and 18th century artists’ works featured throughout the building include Giambattista Tiepolo, Niccolo Bambini and Sebastiano Ricci.

The 42 rooms and grand suites are magnificently appointed in a classic Venetian style and guests can dine in L’Alcova Restaurant which has a delightful terrace overlooking the Grand Canal and serves traditional Italian specialities. The hotel also has a small rooftop terrace and a gym.
