Designed with sustainable architecture over ten years, the villa offers a secluded setting within easy reach of local amenities, with a village bakery and café just 1.5km away.

The ground floor centers around a light-filled, open-plan living and dining area with whitewashed exposed beams and clean minimalist finishes. A sleek kitchen comes fully equipped for self-catering, complete with a built-in wine fridge and coffee machine. Glass doors extend this main living area onto a shaded wooden deck, creating an easy layout for long lunches out of the midday sun, as well as al fresco dinners nestled within the Tuscan countryside.

Outside, a generous 16m swimming pool forms the focal point of the garden, complete with a Jacuzzi and a surrounding sun deck.
