Carlisle Bay is the perfect place to enjoy the blue Caribbean Sea. A wide range of watersports are available including sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, paddleboarding and snorkelling. To preserve the tranquility of Carlisle Bay, motorised watersports take place in a neighbouring cove where you can enjoy wakeboarding, tubing and waterskiing. You could also try your hand at deep sea fishing.

Scuba one-day courses and PADI Open Water four-day certification courses are also available, plus children over 8 years can take part in the PADI Bubblemaker programme. Snorkelling is a fantastic way to observe the fascinating sea life.

You could even learn how to sail or improve your existing skills on a three day course aboard a 40ft keelboat.

Back on dry land, the Screening Room at Carlisle Bay is the place where movies are hosted so you can relax on Italian made seats and enjoy the film with 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround sound.

Carlisle Bay is also great for tennis lovers, with no less than nine tennis courts – four of which are floodlit. Rackets and balls can be provided as well as professional instruction and complimentary tennis clinics.

A peaceful yoga pavilion is available and used for regular group and private classes, plus Pilates and dance classes. There is also an air conditioned Fitness Centre adjacent to the spa.

Young guests are well catered for as well, with a busy and active children‘s club plus a teenagers club where older children can hang out and make new friends.
