This large, private farmhouse is steeped in local history, having been owned by the same family since it was built over 300 years ago. It's a luxurious bolthole, set away from the neighbours, which sits secluded in its own hilltop estate overlooking distant views of the island's west coast. The farmhouse has been completely reimagined, refined to an indulgently high spec where modern touches pair perfectly with old heritage elements. Original stone built walls catch the eye with a stylish whitewash, and there's plenty of character throughout the farmhouse's interior - high wooden beamed ceilings and authentic tiled floors add to the rustic yet sophisticated feel.

Affording you total privacy and maximum comfort, this large estate is the perfect choice for a large group. There's an outdoor infinity pool that looks over great views of the farmland, and four outdoor seating spots (including two scenic dining areas). Inside the villa, the two separate living rooms are great for a cosy villa night in - while both have plenty of character, one is set in the property's original grain mill. Throughout the farmhouse are six double bedrooms, four of which include the luxury of a private en suite. Choose the 'tower master suite' for better views and an outdoor terrace, or head to 'the studio' for a private living area and terrace. If you're looking to explore more of the island, San Antonio is just 2km away while Ibiza town is an 18.3km drive from the villa. For beaches, you're less than 3km away from the pretty white sands of S'Arenal.
