With its ever-changing vistas from sunrise to sunset, the scene is set for tranquil days by the private L-shaped pool, sundowners on the terrace, and relaxed evening barbecues under the stars.

Sleeping up to 10 guests, the villa combines elegant island living with unrivalled access to both land and sea. A shared private jetty provides direct access to the water, where guests can enjoy paddleboards and kayaks or take a gentle 15 minute paddle across the bay to Galleon Beach and the renowned Loose Cannon Beach Bar.

Inside, the villa is light and inviting, while outside, the terrace and poolside loungers invite relaxation from morning coffee to golden-hour cocktails. The location couldn’t be more convenient, just a five-minute stroll from the Yacht Club and the vibrant restaurants and bars of Falmouth Harbour.
