This five-star hotel lies adjacent to the ancient Inca citadel and is the perfect retreat after a day exploring and hiking. You have the advantage of a superb location enabling you to be amongst the first and last visitors of the day to the infamous ruins. There’s a good selection of treks and tours to choose from including the challenging climb up Huayna Picchu or a less challenging walk to the Sun Gate and the hotel is happy to assist you in finding a knowledgeable guide.
Other activities include coca tea leaf reading, star gazing, a Pachamama tribute ceremony, meditation and yoga. Guests can also enjoy a massage which is often very welcomed and needed after a day out exploring!
Taste the vibrant and innovative dishes of South America at the Tampu Restaurant which has floor-to-ceiling windows allowing wonderful views over the forest. There’s also the Tampu Bar serving teas, coffees and alcoholic beverages through the day and into the evening.
