Clean lines and cool colours add to the feeling of spaciousness in this single-storey villa, beautifully designed by its young Athenian owners, with quality fixtures and furnishings. The villa’s airy kitchen/living room opens on to a shaded veranda and al fresco dining area, and each of the three stylishly uncluttered bedrooms has direct access to the terrace or garden. South-facing and sun-drenched, the grounds are softly laid to lawn, surrounding an inviting swimming pool, and gazing out over a green valley to the sea and offshore islet of Dias.

Adjacent to the pool there is a lovely shaded area with barbecue, sink, table and seating. Antigone seems purpose built for calm serenity, yet it is also well positioned for easy access to the islands attractions. Klismata cove is a short but steep walk away. Spartia is a five minute drive from the villa, with its beach and charming maze of streets, housing a handful of shops and tavernas, and the nearest family-run taverna, just up the hill, will deliver food to your door. Water sports at Lassi are fifteen minutes away.
