A beautiful property overlooking the sea, Antheia is a luxurious house in a perfectly private setting, while amenities and a pretty pebble beach in Avlaki are just 1km away. Superbly designed and built in local stone, the villa is modern and spacious. A large living and dining area looks out to sea through floor to ceiling windows, furnished with both comfortable seating and a long indoor dining table. The chef’s kitchen is decorated in a beautiful sky blue with contemporary tiles and appliances including a Nespresso machine and a wine fridge; a breakfast table looks out to the terrace furnished with an al fresco dining table and rattan seats for relaxing.

The villa's five bedrooms are spread across the property, each accessed externally from the surrounding terraces and pathways. Four elegant en suite bedrooms are located at ground level, three of which open directly onto the pool terrace, while a separate TV room completes this floor. Occupying the upper level, the master suite features a king-size bed, en suite bathroom and a private courtyard with an outdoor shower, freestanding bathtub and seating area. The upper floor is linked to the rest of the property via the outdoor kitchen and dining terrace, while the ground-floor accommodation is arranged across two separate buildings, creating a sense of space and privacy for guests.

The outdoor living area is where Antheia really comes to life. A beautiful terrace features an impressive 17m pool with comfortable wooden loungers and a raised pergola providing shade for relaxing beneath.
