The ground floor is bright and airy, thanks to high ceilings and large windows that draw the sea and pool into view. Here, an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen space makes the most of the outlook, with French windows opening onto the sun-soaked terraces. A bedroom with ensuite shower room also shares this level, complete with its own romantic sea-view terrace. On the lower floor, a second bedroom enjoys direct access to the gardens and another en-suite shower room, making the villa ideal for two couples or small families.

Outside, Althea’s landscaped gardens, shady gazebo, and inviting infinity pool create countless spots for relaxation. Guests can enjoy breakfast with a sea breeze, evenings by the barbecue, or a dip from the villa’s private jetty just moments away. Within a short drive are the beaches of Mikros Gialos and Vasiliki, while the charming harbour of Sivota - with tavernas and shops - is only 1.5km away.
