This has to be one of my favourite dream destinations with beautiful powdery white sandy beaches, crystal blue waters and an impeccable level of service. My recommended Hotel is one of the most famous names in the Indian Ocean - St Geran One & Only.  This hotel offers amazing service levels and has developed a strong reputation for traditional luxury.  Whether you choose to pamper yourself in the Spa or enjoy the very best in sporting facilities, including a 9 hole Gary Player Golf Course, international tennis club, gym, cycling and a diverse array of water activities - there is something for everyone.  The Kids Club has a fantastic reputation and is very impressive! My personal highlight was dinner at Rasoi by Vineet - the most incredible setting along the waters edge and incredible food - the lollipop deserts being my favourite!!!!
