We just wanted to tell you how pleased we have been with all the arrangements you have made for our holiday in Madeira. Thank you for your pleasant and efficient service. We were especially impressed with the pack of final travel documents you provided (flight details, boarding passes, seat reservations, transfer taxi bookings and hotel vouchers) which were surely the best and clearest we have ever received. On our arrival at the Pestana Carlton Hotel, having asked for a high level sea view room as returning guests, we were delighted to find that we had been upgraded to a very attractive and comfortable suite which will make our holiday here even more enjoyable and memorable.
