I don't often write reviews however I have to shout out loud about this experiance! Tracy lives up to all expectations and is so true to her 'about me' page! She is a passionate true professional making sure you always get the quality and the best value because good just isn't good enough for Tracy! She lives and breathes excellent customer service and made sure the holiday she was arranging was nothing less than perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Tracy.
