Suzanne made a difficult trip smooth, bearable and surprisingly memorable

My husband died very suddenly and his last request was to return to Australia.  Suzanne was totally amazing in her organisation of a potentially traumatic trip. Every detail was considered and she was extremely sensitive and compassionate.  I was so grateful that she was able to deal with the official protocols and organise so much of the paperwork that I would need. I travelled safe in the knowledge that people knew about my circumstances and that I would be well looked after throughout my trip. Suzanne made a very difficult trip smooth, bearable and surprisingly memorable. Suzanne then organised my recent trip to New Zealand. I chose her  once again this year as she always adopts a personal approach and tailors the trip to your wants and needs. As I am a solo lady traveller Suzanne goes out of her way to ensure that I am safe, secure and in the right style of accommodation. She always works around my budget requests and offers the very best options for the travel that I want to do once at my destination.
