'Super Customer Experience'

This the third time I have booked my holiday with Sharon. On each occasion it has been a super customer experience. Firstly Sharon is extremely knowledgeable regarding the holiday destinations and subsequently she gives you useful insights and recommendations on flights, resorts and hotels etc. She will also champion your requirements and does her best to obtain the best price with the operators. Finally it‘s the overall service wrap that she offers which is a true gem. This consists of advise when booking, pre-travel guidance, checking in on your behalf, ringing the hotel ahead of travel and securing the right rooms and contacting you whilst away to check the holiday is going well. It is these additional services that puts her above other Travel Agents. Sharon is so helpful and friendly on every contact. She is a pleasure to work with and I hope to book more holidays with her in the future.😊
