Debbie provided excellent customer service in organising holidays for my late father for many years, and often went the extra mile to support him, well beyond what would be reasonably expected. This showed itself not just in terms of finding and arranging just what he wanted, and taking care of admin and interactions with travel organisations, but also in the level of care and attention to detail that she showed. She puts a lot of time and effort into every single customer to make things exactly right from what I have seen. She also has the patient of a saint! I cannot recommend Debbie highly enough.
