Outstanding service as always

I have recently returned from a fabulous holiday in Tenerife with my family and would like to share our experience of booking holidays through your expert Shan Joseph in Swansea. Each year we generally have 2 holidays away, 1 with our extended family which consisted of 17 people this year ranging from age 3 to 67 and 1 other, usually for us and 1 grandchild, 12 years of age. Not an easy task for a Travel Expert. We only ever book holidays abroad via Shan and she has never disappointed us. As you can imagine trying to keep 17 people happy is not easy and for the past 3 years we went to Atlantis in Dubai, however this year we decided to go somewhere different and as it was Easter it is difficult to decide where to go and have some sunshine. As a large group we have tried Disneyland and Atlantis as we felt there was sufficient in the parks to entertain everyone. So where could we go? As usual, Shan came up with the goods and suggested Roca Nivaria in Tenerife. Shan had researched the area, what was available eg Siam Park and, as she had not been to that hotel herself, got in touch with her contacts and spoke with someone who had experience of the hotel and the area. The result was a very happy family in a hotel which provided enough entertainment for the entire family. Shan is extremely professional and a delight to deal with. She knows the tourist industry better than anyone I know and she has tremendous enthusiasm for tourism and ensuring that her clients have a tailor made holiday whatever their budget. No holiday is ever too much trouble and I rang just after booking this holiday to say we would like to go to Barbados and again all has been arranged for us and we know, as always, we will not be disappointed. We are quite fussy re standard of hotel and she has always delivered. A good example is we had not booked a holiday for late summer a couple of years ago and she rang me to prompt me and suggested we look at Dubrovnik. I wasn’t sure where it was and it resulted in perhaps one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we would certainly go back to that hotel and Dubrovnik. Mary Alexander
