Invaluable knowledge

Shan Joseph has put together 2 trips in the last 12 months - a short family city break to Porto & a five night “girls” trip to Madeira. The hotel & flight package were ideally suited to the holidays and, as both these destinations were new to us, Shan’s recommendations and knowledge were invaluable. Her hotel choices showed understanding and consideration of our wishes; a city centre hotel in Porto with easy access to the main sights and a quiet family run hotel in Funchal with swimming pools and spa facilities. Shan also took time to out prior to our departure to put together a very comprehensive itinerary for our stay in Madeira including local sightseeing tours, restaurants & shopping. One of the trips was arranged before we arrived and all the restaurants were excellent! Being able to have personal contact by phone and email was invaluable.
