We believe travel can be the greatest form of wealth distribution the world has ever seen.

As a small group tour expert for the last 33 years, we help travellers share themselves to make our planet better. Because if they‘re looking to travel with G Adventures, they’re the kind of person who’s open to seeing new places, trying new things, connecting with new people, and learning how different (and similar) we are all over the world. That’s our kind of person. Our tours are built around fostering shared experiences between travellers and everyone they meet along the way. Through a mix of awe-inspiring sights, unique moments, and meaningful local knowledge discovered with other international travellers, each adventure brings them closer to our world, its people, their culture, and their way of life.

Our idea of community tourism: our tours, created in collaboration with local businesses and communities, directly benefit the people and places we visit. But it doesn’t stop there. The communities we impact extend beyond these destinations to our employees, supplier and agent partners, small business owners, and social followers, leading to our travellers getting a more enriching experience.

Planeterra

Established in 2003, the Planeterra Foundation is G Adventures‘ non-profit partner dedicated to ensuring the communities touched by tourism benefit from the opportunities it provides. Planeterra works directly with G Adventures to minimize the impact on the destinations, and to promote sustainable solutions and economic growth for communities. Planeterra manages more than 50 current and funded projects in underserved regions all over the world.

G for Good

From our company’s leader to the people who lead our tours, the experiences we share not only impact our travellers, but the people, local communities, and places we visit as well. G for Good is all of the social, moral, and ethical Good we create as a business. This includes the projects developed by the Planeterra Foundation, the introduction of industry firsts like our Ripple Score and welfare guidelines, the initiation of our Plastics Partnership Project, and so much more. G for Good is what makes us, us throughout our beautiful world each and every day. With your help, we can make travel the force for good we’ve known it can be since our company was established almost three decades ago.
