The Sunis Efes Royal Palace Resort & Spa has secured a beachfront spot on a quiet stretch off the Turkish coastline. It’s around 10 minute‘s drive into Ozdere where you’ve got a sprinkling of restaurants. Outside you’ll come across a duo of giant pools, plus a couple of splash areas for kids. There’s also a pool with candy-coloured slides curling their way into the water. Swap the sun terrace for sand by heading to the private beach. This dove-white stretch comes with sunloungers, plus there’s a jetty that floats over the sea. It’s lined with daybeds and has its own bar. You won’t go hungry here, as there are loads of places to eat, including five à la carte restaurants. Taste your way around the world via Mexican, Italian, Turkish and Japanese cuisine. There are a whopping 10 bars too. Grab a frothy cappuccino in the coffee bar, re-energise with a healthy smoothie in the vitamin bar, or sip on a glass of fizz at the sea-facing beach bar.
