Sandals new overwater villas

Overwater villas have always been synonymous with resorts in the Maldives; however, Sandals Caribbean Resort in Jamaica have just unveiled their swish new offering. Guests can stay in the five villas which will feature a private infinity edge swimming pool and outdoor shower, a hammock for two hanging over the water and steps leading from the sundeck straight into the ocean. Inside there’s 1,600 square feet of space, with a large walk-in shower and indoor soaking tub. The bedroom and exterior sundeck will have glass flooring which will be lit for night viewing. And all suites will also include personal butler service, courtesy of Sandals Resorts’ exclusive partnership with the Guild of Professional English Butlers. The resort’s private island, where the villas are set, is moments from the shore of the main resort and features an authentic Thai restaurant, casual beachfront grill, a pool with a whirlpool and swim-up pool bar and a secluded private beach...perfect for honeymooners or a special celebration.
