Set into the hillside above the coast of Zakynthos, Villa Solena enjoys far-reaching views across the Ionian Sea, with a setting that feels both peaceful and well connected. From its elevated position, the villa looks out over the coastline and surrounding greenery, while the infinity pool and terrace make the most of the scenery throughout the day.

Designed with easy outdoor living in mind, the villa’s terrace naturally becomes the centre of daily life. There is a built-in barbecue and shaded dining area for long lunches and relaxed evening meals, while the hot tub is perfectly placed for unwinding after a day by the sea. Inside, the atmosphere is modern and uncluttered, with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opening directly onto the pool terrace framed by large glass doors.

The three en suite bedrooms are arranged across the ground and first floor, offering both comfort and privacy for families or friends travelling together. On the ground floor, one bedroom opens straight onto the terrace, while upstairs, two king size bedrooms share access to a sea-facing balcony with breathtaking coastal views.

Despite its quiet setting, local restaurants and beaches are within walking distance. Marathias Beach is just a short stroll away, while a local taverna can be reached in minutes on foot. The cafés and waterfront tavernas of Keri Beach are also nearby for laid-back lunches and evenings by the water. Simple, contemporary and perfectly positioned, Villa Solena offers a relaxed base for enjoying the natural beauty of southern Zakynthos.
