With high quality interiors and furnishings to match, Philoxenia is smart and modern property in an idyllic location. The main villa is spread across three floors, where the ground floor is home to a fully-equipped contemporary kitchen, a spacious living room and the first en suite double bedroom. Step outside to discover the ‘pièce de résistance’: an incredible pool, along with a spacious terrace and amazing accompanying views of the Ionian Sea. On the first floor are a further two bedrooms, a double and twin, which are both en suite and open to a terrace for more remarkable views. The lower ground floor is occupied solely by a gym, while an annexe building houses the final en suite double bedroom, with a second kitchen and living room.

Guests staying at Philoxenia can walk to a small nearby village within 15 minutes where there are a bar and tavernas, as well as a mini-market.
