Perfectly positioned on the exclusive hillside above St. Stephano and just a 10 minute walk down a shady, uneven path to its bars and restaurants, Villa Melina basks in a beautifully natural setting, with terraces paved and tiered into the rocks, and surrounded by olive trees and flowering shrubs. A comfortable shaded seating area with seating and a retractable awning bridges the gap between the house and its infinity pool and the first of two stylishly furnished dining areas is served by a bbq built into the rock. The infinity pool has spectacular views down to the bay of St Stephano and a shaded dining area has been added behind the pool to enjoy the views when dining al fresco.

Inside, the villa has been thoughtfully renovated and redecorated in sophisticated creams, greys and blues. The cool colour palette complements the contemporary styling and the airy open-plan living space, which encompasses a new spacious modern kitchen, dining and seating areas. Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom with new en suite walk in shower room, and a twin bedroom with en suite walk in shower room (also with a door opening to the pool area). Upstairs the master bedroom opens to a large terrace with seating area and far reaching views to the sea and St Stephano, and the new en suite comprises a walk in shower and separate bath. Water sports, nightlife and restaurants are all within easy reach in the cluster of nearby villages.
