Villa Marnes is a beautifully renovated semi‑detached villa offering refined comfort, contemporary design, and sweeping views of the Mediterranean. Set across two levels and just 500 metres from Son Bou’s stunning beach, it provides an elegant retreat in one of the area’s most privileged locations.
The entrance level features two serene double bedrooms, each with an open‑plan en‑suite shower room and generous wardrobe space. Both rooms open onto a shared terrace that captures striking sea views—perfect for quiet mornings or sunset moments.
On the lower floor, the third bedroom, fitted with twin beds and its own en‑suite, sits beside a spacious and light‑filled living area. Large sliding glass doors lead to a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and an inviting chill‑out space, all overlooking the coastline of Son Bou. The living area also includes a Smart TV with internet access and an IPTV box offering a selection of international channels. The modern open‑concept kitchen is fully equipped and complemented by a practical dining nook.
Outside, a private pool sits on a lower terrace bordered by sun loungers and an outdoor shower, offering a peaceful spot to unwind.
Situated in the San Jaime area, Villa Marnes is just 200 metres from local shops and essential services, and a pleasant stroll from Son Bou’s wider array of restaurants, cafés, and boutiques.
