Facilities for outdoor living include a covered al fresco dining table adjacent to the swimming pool with access to interiors, and a shaded dining terrace with barbecue and preparation area.


The open-plan sitting, dining, and kitchen area opens up to the exteriors of the villa. Three twin bedrooms, two with en suite shower rooms and one opening to the pool terrace, a shower room and a utility room, complete the ground floor. The upper level of Villa del Mar is entirely for the magnificent master bedroom, a private shower room, and a panoramic terrace with breath-taking views. Interiors are smart and stylish, blending crisp whites and soothing pastel tones, featuring contemporary furnishings and state-of-the-art facilities.
