Set among the gentle slopes above the wide sandy beaches of southern Puglia, this newly built villa sits between the seaside village of Torre Vado and the inland village of Morciano, surrounded by its own olive groves and equipped with contemporary comforts, including air conditioning.

Inside, a well‑appointed kitchen with patterned tiles opens onto a calm, vaulted sitting and dining area. The master double bedroom lies to one side of the living space, while two further spacious bedrooms are reached from the opposite side. Each room has French windows leading directly into the gardens. The young owners have furnished the house with considered wooden pieces and regional ceramics, giving the interiors a quiet, authentic character. Outdoors, one terrace offers comfortable seating, while another, opening from the kitchen, provides a shaded pergola for dining.

The infinity pool is set into the sunlit gardens, where a traditional stone pajara adds a distinctive local touch. Guests can walk down to Torre Vado, explore the surrounding hills dotted with pajare and small villages, or simply enjoy the far‑reaching views. Local restaurants are plentiful and good value, with shops available in both Morciano and Torre Vado. A string of coastal villages, lively beach clubs ideal for sunset drinks, and sheltered bays are all within easy reach, and boat trips depart from the harbour at Torre Vado. Day excursions to Gallipoli, Otranto and Lecce are also well worth considering. This is a graceful, welcoming property in an unspoilt and genuinely local setting.
