Set in the traditional village of Spilia and surrounded by rolling hills and family‑run orchards, Villa Alia offers an inviting base for a relaxed stay in western Crete. The house combines modern, yet sustainable design, with simple, natural materials, creating a comfortable setting that feels in tune with its surroundings. Shops, cafés and a traditional taverna are an easy walk away, while beaches sit within a few kilometres.

The ground floor centres around an open‑plan living space where the kitchen, dining and sitting areas come together, opening out to the pool terrace. A king‑size bedroom and a walk‑in‑shower bathroom are also on this level. Upstairs are two more bright bedrooms, both with balconies overlooking the village and surrounding greenery, a double room and a flexible twin that can be made into a king, with a second shower room.

Outdoors, the private pool is the focal point, with shaded seating and sun loungers set out for easy days in and out of the water. A built‑in charcoal barbecue makes mealtimes simple, and families are well catered for with children’s toys, table tennis, a cot and highchair.
