The extensive gardens, connected by paved paths, lead to a magnificent heated pool from which the stunning surroundings can be observed. A pool house and a covered al fresco dining area with cushioned seating and out door speakers complete the outdoor surroundings of the villa.

Combining classic Italian and modern styles, this villa has been furnished with furniture made by local artisans. The ground floor is made up of an entrance hall containing a rustic pizza oven, a state of the art Italian Valcucina open plan kitchen connected to the dining area, and a generous living room with a fireplace. The first of the four bedrooms on the upper floor can be made-up as a super king size double or a twin room and has an en suite shower room. Two more double bedrooms with shower rooms and one further double with en suite bathroom complete the first floor. Additional features of this villa include the state-of-the-art gym on the lower ground floor with Technogym equipment and weights, bench and yoga mats. The Annexe that contains an additional double bedroom with en suite shower room and the main entertainment room with a large Smart TV with surround sound system.
