On the ground floor of this modern villa, guests will discover a spacious living/dining area, complete with neutral decor, a fireplace and high ceilings. There is even a study area furnished with a desk. The kitchen is fully equipped, with french doors that open onto a shady lounge terrace with access to the pool area. The ground floor also features two double bedrooms, one of which can be accessed via an external entrance, and features a bathroom en suite and opening to the terrace. Head to the first floor and discover a gorgeous master bedroom furnished with a four poster bed and en suite bathroom complete with a rain shower. The first floor also includes a double bedroom with a bathroom en suite, which can be accessed via an external staircase. This space offers lovely sea views and access to two pretty terraces.

Four more double bedrooms can be found on the lower ground floor, three of which are easily convertible into twin rooms. Each has a shower room en suite. Ideal for a family stay, the lower ground floor is also home to a gym, furnished with exercise equipment and fun activities such as table tennis. This villa also offers fantastic outdoor living spaces. Cook in the charming outdoor kitchen and dine al fresco under the shaded terrace overlooking dazzling sea views, before heading for a dip in the infinity pool. Amenities can be found in Elounda, just 3km away, or Plakka, 5km away. Must-see local spots include Spinalonga, rich in historical ruins, and the sandy beaches of the Island of Chryssi. Heraklion Airport is just 60km away.
