There are 60 Serai rooms located in the 3-storey Serai wing overlooking either the Gulf of Oman or the Hajar Mountains. Each room has a Queen-sized bed, sofa bench and open-plan bathroom with powerful rain shower.

There are 52 Deluxe rooms scattered amongst the one and two-storey Chedi wing surrounding the water gardens. Rooms look either across the ponds or to the Hajar Mountains.

There are 38 Chedi Club Suites mostly surrounding the water garden with palm trees and water features.

Each suite comprises of a single or two storey villa with private terrace or balcony, a king size bedroom, separate living area, private landscaped garden and open plan bathroom with sunken bathtub and rain shower.

The Restaurant: This venue offers amazing views of the sea and has four display kitchens offering European, Indian, Middle Eastern and Asian cuisine.


The Beach Restaurant: A wonderful seafood restaurant which enjoys a stunning location overlooking the Gulf of Oman.

The Arabian Courtyard: Tasty Middle Eastern cuisine, mezzeh and grill with the Shisha Lounge serving shishas and light refreshments.

The Lobby Lounge: Overlooks the garden and sea and has both indoor and outdoor seating options. Enjoy cocktails or just a light snack.


There's also the Chedi Pool Cabana, The Serai Pool Cabana and The Long Pool Cabana along with a private dining option for those seeking a little more privacy or a larger more bespoke function.
