Outdoors, this property boasts a wonderful Jacuzzi and a shaded al fresco dining area with barbecue and preparation counter. The open-plan living and dining room, including a contemporary and well-equipped kitchen, has direct access through a glass-panelled door to the sea view terrace.

Two bedrooms, one double, one twin, both sharing a shower room. A utility room with shower accessed from outside, completes the residence. With a rocky beach next to the villa, and amenities and a sandy beach just 1 km away in the popular resort of Fontane Bianche, and the magnificent Baroque towns of Siracusa, Ragusa and Noto within easy distance, Sole e Mare is a good location to enjoy a seaside holiday within reach of some cultural centres.
