Quinta da Casa Branca

Quinta da Casa Branca is a modern, architect designed hotel located in a 19th-century estate close to shops and restaurants. The lush botanical garden features a wide variety of trees and tropical plants imported from around the world including African Tulip Trees, Yellow Trumpet Tress, Canary Palms and Mango Trees.

Guests can take a dip in the large heated pool set in the garden plus there’s a further heated adults-only pool set in the banana plantation.

The Health Club/Spa has a range of training and fitness equipment, a Turkish bath, sauna, Jacuzzi, spa area and relaxation room.

Dining is an absolute pleasure whether you enjoy dinner at The Dining Room restaurant in the Manor House or lunch in the more modern Garden Pavilion Restaurant. At the end of the day, the Casa da Quinta bar has a lovely open terrace where you can take in the views and enjoy your drink of choice. The bar also serves as an informal bistro/restaurant at selected hours during the evening and offers an à la carte choice of snacks, salads and main courses.

Most of the rooms and suites are housed in the modern designed boutique hotel which offers a direct view to Quinta da Casa Branca estate and the hills above the city. There’s also a separate villa plus the elegant and luxurious Manor House which houses five luxurious Manor House Suites. The historic Manor House was built in a classical style and has an impressive interior featuring antique joinery, stone columns, plaster ceilings and Venetian chandeliers.
