The hotel has three glorious swimming pools and two kids pools plus plenty of terraces and sunloungers throughout the beautifully landscaped gardens.

If you like to keep active, thereā€™s a good range of sports available including volleyball, football, basketball, paddle tennis, aerobics and Zumba classes. Thereā€™s also a gym and two floodlit tennis courts.

The Thalasso & Spa Centre offers a wide range of treatments so you can treat yourself to a spot of pampering and indulgence, plus it hasĀ a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation area.

Children are well catered for with Kikoland offeringĀ and Kids Club for young guests aged 3-16 years, exceptional childrenā€™s entertainment, a huge playground area, sport facilities and swimming pool.

Overview
The suites and rooms at Princesa Yaiza are all furnished to a very high standard. Rooms feature air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, safe and minibar. Family Suites and Royal Kiko Suites are located in their own grounds across the road from the main hotel and are connected by a covered walkway.

Double Superior Rooms & Double Superior Relax Rooms

Double Superior rooms feature an open-plan sleeping and sitting area and a large balcony with view over the pool or a limited sea view. They have either a king-size bed or two twin beds and sleep up to 2 adults.

Double Superior Relax rooms are exclusively for adults and have the added benefit of gourmet Ć  la carte breakfast in Isla de Lobos restaurant, daily access to the Thalasso centre and a daily aromatherapy turn down service.

Junior Suites

Junior Suites are slightly larger than superior rooms and have an open-plan bedroom with either a king-size or two twin beds, lounge, sofa bed, extensive balcony or terrace.

Max Occupancy: 2 adults & 1 child.

Suite Excellence

The suites have a bedroom with a king-size or two twin beds, a separate living room with two sofa beds and a balcony with views of the pool, gardens, or partial sea views.

Max Occupancy: 2 adults & 2 children

Family Suites

Family Suites have two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom plus a separate living room, kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, two bathrooms and a small balcony or terrace.

Max Occupancy: 3 adults & 2 children

Duplex Suites

Overlooking the gardens or the swimming pools with a partial sea view, these spacious rooms have a mezzanine level. The suite has a king size bed in the main room and twin beds on the upper floor.

There is also a lounge, a bathroom and an additional toilet meaning it is ideal for up to four adults travelling together.

Royal Kiko Suites

The Royal Kiko Suites are the same as the Family Suites but with lots of added extras to make your stay the perfect family getaway. Please contact us for further details.

The Princesa Yaiza Plaza is a precinct offering restaurants, bars and an ice cream parlour. This is set back from the promenade and is also open to non-residents.
