MYKONOS SPA TREATMENTS
Welcome to the World of Althea Spa Retreat, named after Althea, the healing Greek Goddess.

Althea Spa Retreat is located opposite to the sacred island of Delos, one of the sunniest areas in the world and a place of high concentration of cosmic energy. According to Greek Mythology god Apollo, the god of light, was born there.

Working in partnership with award-winning MKV designers, we have created a spa that is elegantly balanced. The Spa’s unique design optimally utilizes the glorious natural light aligned with the Cycladic architecture in white & blue shades. A series of treatment rooms with private shaded courtyards, its semi-caved Thalasso pool as well as outdoor treatment and relaxation areas allow interaction with nature and views to the Aegean Sea. The result is a complete sense of all-round well-being.

Our expanded 500sqm seawater hotel pool (heated to 27 C/81 F) features private conversation areas interspersed through the expansive deck. It is approximately 35 meters long, and 2.5 meters deep at its deepest.

The chaise longues grouped on the pool’s deck are ideal for sunbathing, afternoon siestas, or for watching the magnificent sunsets over the Aegean – pool desks have been designed to offer expansive sea views and are facing west.

Our Mykonos Hotel Pool attendants cater to guests’ needs with towels and cooling amenities. The outdoor hot tub is located a level below the pool area, to offer the perfect setting for rare moments of romance and tranquility.

Our Fitness Centre is spread out in 85 sqm, and is equipped with an integrated collection of Technogym cardio, strength and functional equipment, invite guests to continue – or begin – healthy lifestyle pursuits.

Located one level below Althea Spa Retreat, the fitness centre is open 24 hours daily.
Personal trainers are available by appointment to assist with any of your fitness needs.

One of the few Mykonos hotels with tennis facilities, Mykonos Grand’s tennis court facility looks down at the sea and the island of Delos spread out before it. Made with resinflex soft flooring material, an innovative surface coating system with amazing flexibility and cushioning, making move more lightly.

Perched on a hill looking out over Ayios Yiannis Beach and sun kissed coastline, our whitewashed chapel dedicated to Virgin Mary is an intimate venue for memorable weddings. For smaller weddings the chapel can accommodate up to 25 guests indoors, while it also serves as a romantic backdrop for larger, outdoor ceremonies for up to 100 guests.
