This property was one of the original villas at Martinhal Beach resort and has been recently renovated to a very high standard. The bright and spacious living area is beautifully decorated in neutral tones and natural materials, and features large glass windows and doors throughout, flooding the space with light and allowing access to the gardens and down to the pool. There is a large, modern kitchen and pantry, and finally on the ground floor is the master bedroom. This impressive room features a fireplace and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate walk-in shower. On the first floor there is a family suite with living room, kitchenette, double bed and en suite bathroom, making this property ideal for two families, or extended family, holidaying together but requiring a little more space and independence. There is a further en suite bedroom on this floor as well as a mezzanine with two double beds. Outside, the terrace features shaded spaces and a choice of al fresco dining areas. Steps lead down from the terrace to the private pool and barbecue area, while the villa looks out onto an extensive lawn and wonderful cactus garden.
