Lopesan Baobab brings a taste of Africa to Gran Canaria, with extensive sub-tropical gardens, waterfalls, pools and secluded areas, this African themed hotel is pleasingly distinctive and provides everything you need for a holiday experience. There's a wealth of amenities including great dining options, a kid's club, live entertainment and seven outdoor swimming pools. The resort is located in Meloneras in the South of the island and the beach is approximately 10 minutes walk away.

When you arrive at Lopesan Baobab, you’ll pass through the exotic reception area to huge tropical gardens which have a multitude of swimming pools, ponds, waterfalls, a lazy river and sand beaches with African styled huts. The hotel’s main building is a magnificent lodge which houses the bars, restaurants and a cafe.

Activities available (at a charge) include tennis, bowling, minigolf, watersports and the diving school. The hotel operates a bus transfer to Lopesan Meloneras Golf and Maspalomas Golf clubs. There’s a miniclub for children aged 4-12 which will keep the children entertained and engaged.

Available options: Double Standard Rooms, Double Standard View Rooms which have views of the garden, pool or mountains and Double Deluxe Pool which have direct access to the pool from the terrace.

Double Family

42 sq m rooms which are ideal for families with children as these spacious rooms have two queen-size double beds and a sofa bed.

Double Family Pool Rooms are also available which have direct access to a public swimming pool.

Double Superior

These cosy rooms have the best views of the interior of the hotel, dunes and sea making them ideal for a romantic holiday for two. The bathroom is spacious and the terrace has panoramic views over the pool area of the hotel to the Dunes of Maspalomas.
