A charming property for four or a romantic retreat for two, La Palmita is a beautiful house with inviting tropical gardens. Inside the villa is bright, comfortable and tastefully decorated, with cool marble floors. Accommodation is all on one level including an open-plan living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. Two spacious bedrooms include a beautiful master suite with a four-poster bed and marble shower en suite, and a twin bedroom with its own bathroom. The summer annexe contains a fantastic gym with floor to ceiling windows looking out to the gardens, while the poolside annexe contains a comfortable summer living room beside an al fresco dining area. A private pool sits in the centre of the lawn with wooden loungers and parasols for shade bathing.    

The mature gardens at La Palmita provide a sense of privacy, yet this house is ideally located just 1.5km from Nueva Andalucia beach and under 2km from infamous Puerto Banús. 

For larger groups, neighboring Rodeo Alto shares the same main entrance but offers the perfect option for more space. The two are villas are beautifully private, yet act as a fantastic choice for larger groups of families or friends.
