Euphoria Retreat sits just metres from the shoreline of Kissamos Bay, a contemporary beachfront retreat designed for easy, indoor–outdoor holiday living. Built from local limestone and shaped by Chania-based architect Rena Mania, the villa blends clean modern lines with warm, natural textures. Soft, neutral tones and carefully chosen materials create a calm, uncluttered feel throughout.

The outdoor spaces are central to the experience. An infinity pool looks straight out to the Aegean, while private terraces offer uninterrupted views of the two peninsulas that frame the bay. From the edge of the garden, a short path leads directly onto the beach, where pebbles melt into fine sand as you step into the water. The coastline is rich in wildlife too, with falcons, herons and sandpipers often seen close by.

Euphoria Retreat forms part of a pair within a larger structure, each villa fully independent yet linked by discreet interconnecting doors. This gives flexibility for couples, families or groups who may wish to book individually or together.

Gardens planted with salt-tolerant native species surround the property, while solar panels and ground-source heat pumps provide sustainable energy with minimal visual impact.

Only a 15-minute drive from Falasarna Beach and close to Balos Lagoon, the villa is also just 2km from the cafés, shops and tavernas of Kissamos, a peaceful, well-placed base for exploring northwest Crete.
