Set on the hillside to catch the breezes and enjoy the exquisite coastal views, Kasomitria sits in gorgeous gardens of plants, palms and pink cascades of bright bougainvillea. With accommodation over several levels, each of its six apartments has a private terrace or balcony facing the bay, but Costaki’s location on the top floor probably makes it the best look-out point, as well as offering an extra level of privacy. Simply styled for comfort, the apartment has an air-conditioned double bedroom, brightly furnished sitting room and compact kitchen/diner. The swimming pool and its sunny terrace form the focal point in the grounds, and there is a communal barbecue area.

The house is a ten minute walk from the beautiful beach of Kerasia, and this stretch of coastline is unbeatable for boating to sleepy coves and bays. St Stephano’s shops and harbour-side tavernas are also within walking distance, and nightlife in Kassiopi is just 6km away.
