With lots of wood and crisp white furnishings, its stylish, uncluttered rooms include an open-plan sitting/dining room, divided by huge stone arches, and three rustic-chic bedrooms,2 with en suite bathrooms and a separate shower room, one of the bedrooms can be made-up as a double or twin beds. There are glorious views from various vantage points in the terraced grounds, not least the sixteen metre pool, hemmed with herb borders and levelled lawns. With riding stables and cooking school in the locale, and restaurant at 2km distance, with a range of further amenities in Massa Martana within very easy reach, the villa is 12km from beautiful Todi, and within 70km of Orvieto and Assisi. With so many interesting towns within easy driving distance, this is a superb location for touring.
