The single-level design means all four bedrooms are conveniently placed on the ground floor, each fitted with individual air conditioning. Three of these elegant double bedrooms open directly onto the poolside terrace, including two with private en-suite shower rooms, while a pretty twin room and an additional family bathroom complete the indoor accommodation.

Outside, life centers around the generous sun terrace. A large private swimming pool with built-in steps takes pride of place, skirted by comfortable loungers for soaking up the Balearic sunshine.
