This villa is also within very easy reach of Castello di Donnafugata, one of the settings for The Leopard and many of the locations of Inspector Montalbano. Sandy beaches and inexpensive restaurants at Santa Croce Camerina, Punta Secca, Marina di Ragusa, Donnalucata and Sampieri can easily be reached as are the Baroque towns of Ragusa, Noto, Modica and magnificent Siracusa.
