Tucked into the gentle Chianti hills near Florence, Casa del Giglio is a beautifully restored country villa where contemporary elegance meets timeless Tuscan charm. Nestled in a tranquil hamlet within walking distance of the picturesque town of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, it offers a rare combination of privacy and easy access to the region’s renowned hill towns and vineyards.

Inside, light-filled interiors showcase modern artwork and panoramic windows that frame the rolling countryside. The ground floor features a stylish open-plan kitchen and dining area that flows seamlessly into a panoramic sitting room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. One spacious double bedrooms with private shower room is located on the main level, while a second double bedroom is accessed from stairs from the panoramic sitting room. This panoramic bedroom opens to the gardens. Two further spacious bedrooms which also open to the gardens are accessed via an internal staircase near the entrance to the property.

Outside, a panoramic terrace sheltered by a large tree is a great spot for al fresco dining. Well kept lawns surround a new private pool, ideally positioned for soaking up the Tuscan sun. For larger gatherings, Casa del Giglio can be paired with its sister property, Le Cascine, to create an exceptional retreat for family or friends.

Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, within very easy reach, offers a selection of charming shops, cafés, and restaurants. Nearby, the Benedictine abbey of Badia a Passignano invites visitors to combine history with wine tasting, while the celebrated vineyards of Chianti, the medieval streets of San Gimignano, the artistic treasures of Florence, and the historic towns of Siena and Volterra are all easily reached.
